Well, this is a first. Actually, it’s a couple of firsts.
I’ve created my first ever steampunk fabric design! AND, I’ve entered it in Spoonflower’s weekly contest–something I’ve never done before. It’s a little daunting putting my design up there amongst so many other great fabrics. Be sure you take a look, and vote for your favorite this week!
While you’re tooling around the awesome site that is Spoonflower, be sure to check out all my other fabric designs in my Spoonflower shop.
Wait . . . what is Spoonflower, you ask? Spoonflower is a fabric-on-demand site that prints fabric (you guessed it) on demand. You can purchase fabric designed by thousands of independent designers, just like me, or you can even upload your very own designs. You can buy as little as a 8″ square sample for $5 too, and they’ve got dozens of different kinds of fabric to choose from. What’s even better about Spoonflower is that they’re an American company that uses eco-friendly printing practices. They’ve even got a fabric with recycled content. It’s their eco-canvas, which is made using 20% recycled content. Pretty sweet, huh?
